Our primary referral method is by email. If your patient has not
received a phone call within 24 hours of you making their referral,
please contact us on 0117 342 7790.

If you
are unsure whether a patient is suitable for EPAC, please call our
team prior to making a referral.
Referral forms must be completed fully with all the necessary
details otherwise it will be returned.
Prior to making a referral, please ensure the patient has a
positive pregnancy test.
Please remind patients that this is not a reassurance scanning
service, it is an emergency service and as such scanning will not
be provided where it is not clinically appropriate.
Where the patient fails to arrive for two appointments, they
will be referred back to your care.
