In clinic
We are always please to receive feedback in the Dermatology
Department. This can take any form you like. At the reception desk
there are post cards for you to fill in and drop in a nearby
feedback box. We are pleased to hear directly from you in clinic.
We also have touch screen feedback stands.
Written
Written feedback is particularly helpful because it can be
shared with other members of staff and can be referred to when
trying to address problems or improve things.
Periodically, the trust arranges formal surveys of all its
services and you may be asked to contribute.
