Ward C705
Ward C705 is a yellow ward with 30 beds, eight side rooms
and four four-beded bays. We are a mixed cardiac ward and
specialise in adult congenital heart
disease.
We have a number of specialist nurses, including tissue
viability, arrhythmia, heart failure,
acute
coronary syndrome, cardiac
rehab,
adult congenital heart disease and valve nurses.
Ward rounds are carried out first thing in the morning and then
an individual care plan is made. We encourage patients to be
involved in discharge planning as soon as possible.
All patients have access to telephone via their beds, there is
also a day room for patients with a TV.
Visiting hours are between 2pm and 8pm.
Mealtimes are protected and are at the following times:

recent feedback from our patients.
Friends and family test
Patients maybe asked some simple questions about their
stay to identify if they would recommend a
particular ward to their friends and family. The results of
this friends and family test are used to improve the experience of
patients by providing timely feedback alongside other sources of
patient feedback.
