professional prior to going home. They will discuss the different
cardiac rehabilitation options available and how you can start your
cardiac rehab once you go home.

Early rehabilitation exercises
During your stay in hospital, you might be advised by a medical
professional to complete some exercises to help improve your
strength, balance and mobility. Please do not complete the
exercises videos below unless you have been assessed and advised to
do so by a medical professional. Please also only complete the
exercise video you have been told which is appropriate for you as
the others may not be right for you. If you have any problems with
any of the exercises, please stop and speak to a
physiotherapist.
