Resources

There are different resources for different levels of concern you may hold, to do with your congenital heart disease. Interventions range from the provision of information and self-help materials, to accessing specialist psychological assessment and interventions to address your needs.

Please take look at our support resources on the network  website.

Little Hearts Matterantenatal and young peoples support

Please note, we are not an emergency service. Please use  emergency mental health support or see the  crisis teams contacts in the case of an emergency. If you are struggling with mental health difficulties unrelated to your cardiac condition, it is recommended you speak to your GP, and/or contact NHS Direct 111 or in a real emergency know that you can present at your local Accident and Emergency department.
