eMeet and Greet
eMeet and Greet will keep you updated with the status of your
referral, from the moment you are referred, to the moment you are
assigned an appointment.
Once our clinicians have reviewed your referral and have
accepted it into the service, we will send you a text message
confirmation.
Why are we introducing eMeet and Greet?
We know that waiting for confirmation or any updates about your
referral can be an anxious time. We want to reduce this as much as
we can by making sure you are kept up to date.
What does it look like?
Below is an example of a text message you may receive once your
referral has been accepted.
When will I receive this message?
eMeet and Greet is only currently being used for some
audiology appointments, as a pilot for the Trust.
