eMeet and Greet

eMeet and Greet will keep you updated with the status of your referral, from the moment you are referred, to the moment you are assigned an appointment. 

Once our clinicians have reviewed your referral and have accepted it into the service, we will send you a text message confirmation. 

Why are we introducing eMeet and Greet?

We know that waiting for confirmation or any updates about your referral can be an anxious time. We want to reduce this as much as we can by making sure you are kept up to date.
