Digital Letters
Patients at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS
Foundation Trust can view and download their hospital letters
online.
The service is available for both our adult and
paediatric services.
View and download your letters online
instantly
You can now receive your hospital letters via text message and
email, and view them digitally. Text messages will come from this
trusted UHBW number: +44 7860 039 092.
Each message will contain a link to your letter and patient
portal, which you can access on your mobile phone, tablet, or
computer. We've partnered with DrDoctor to provide this
service. If you prefer paper letters, you can still receive
them by post as usual.
To view appointment information and letters, sign in to the
DrDoctor online portal for UHBW at drdoctor.thirdparty.nhs.uk/UHBW.
