Managing your haemophilia treatment is important in ensuring that you manage your condition well. Haemtrack helps you to do this.

It acts like a diary and records your prophylaxis treatments and bleeds enabling both you and your team to monitor your treatment. It is accessible through an app you can download at www.haemtrack.nhs.uk onto a computer or smartphone. You can view, add, amend and edit treatments.

Using Haemtrack you can record new bleeds and routine treatments. When you have a new bleed it enables your Haemophilia Centre to see what has happened and support you in making sure you have the right treatment.
