How to find us: We are south of Castle
park, about 20 minutes walk through Broadmead from the main Bristol
Royal Infirmary site. The main entrance is from Passage Street
(just off the A4044), then as you enter the building you turn right
at the Sexual Health reception and follow the signs to Pain
Clinic.

Referrals
We accept referrals for any pain condition which has persisted
for three months or longer and has failed to respond to medical
treatment.
Referrals to pain clinic can be made through Choose and Book or
a referral letter.
Referrals are accepted from GPs, hospital consultants (if they
are being referred for an opinion on the condition they were
originally referred for) or AHP's providing the patient had already
been reviewed in primary care for their pain condition.
We encourage the use of this referral
form.
