Bristol and Severn Region Network

For the treatment of hepatitis C, NHS England have created 22 Operational Delivery Networks (ODN) across England - driving improvements in treatment in local areas, ensuring all patients can access the treatment they need, regardless of where they live.  This will enable improvements in areas with historically low service provision.

NHS England plan to be the first in the world to eliminate hepatitis C by 2025, which has meant additional funding is available to source and treat patients in the UK

The Bristol and Severn Region Hepatitis C Network (ODN) incorporates a main hub, namely University Hospitals Bristol NHS Trust, alongside further treatment centres working across the region in Bath (Royal United Hospitals Bath), Gloucestershire (Gloucestershire Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust), North Bristol (North Bristol NHS Trust), and Yeovil (Yeovil District Hospital). Click on the following links to view the ODN Clinical Guidelines, the ODN Partnership Plan and the ODN Five Year Plan.

Our services provide:

  • expert advice based on national and international guidance
  • education & training for healthcare professionals within the NHS and external agencies across the Region
  • awareness raising for the general public
  • working with partnership agencies to provide optimum support to patients and their significant others.

"I feel I have received excellent care and my concerns have been listened to.  I am very happy with the treatment.  Thank you."  Patient C, Bristol & Severn Treatment Centre
