Wellbeing
The Trust demonstrates its commitment to
workplace wellbeing through the provision of a range of resources
to support physical and psychological wellbeing and healthy
lifestyles. All colleagues have access to services which include:
Wellbeing Workshops, Occupational Health service, counselling,
physiotherapy support, and a chaplaincy team who provide pastoral
and spiritual support. In addition, we are privileged to have 170+
colleagues within the Trust who act as a voluntary Wellbeing
Advocate - helping to communicate what's available and enhance
accessibility.
We also offer a number of other initiatives to colleagues
including: working during pregnancy workshops, menopause workshop,
workplace wellbeing events, a cycle to work scheme and much more.
The Trust is proud to have staff forums that include Black Asian
and Minority Ethnic (BAME), Lesbian Gay Bi-sexual and Transgender
(LGBT+) and Living and Working with Disability, Illness or Injury
(LAWDII).
