Exercise

There are no special exercises for people with kidney problems - everyone should try to be active every day. Some activity, however light, is better for your health than none at all. Contact sports should be avoided for people who have a transplanted kidney or who have dialysis lines.

If you are unsure about any exercise it is important to talk to your team as they can provide advice and support specific to you and your health.
