There may be occasions when you feel down and find it difficult to cope. These feelings can be triggered if there is a change or deterioration in your health. People deal with stress in different ways; it is a good idea to share your concerns with someone. Sometimes it helps to speak with someone outside of the family or who has been through a similar experience.
