You might be starting to think about work and what your options are and if you are able to access any support. You can find lots of general information here on the Government website.

You might be worried about how an employer may react to your hearing condition. It is important to know that you are protected by law through the Equality Act and that employers must make any reasonable adjustments needed to enable you to do your job. If you are interested in the support that you can access for a job either now or in the future then there is information available here. This might include equipment such as audio leads or radio aids alongside note takers or interpreters. 

You might also be able to access Disability Living Allowance and Personal Independence Payments which you can read about here.

The National Deaf Children's Society has lots of information about accessing work, alongside finicial support you may be able to recieve.
