Physiotherapy Outpatient Neuro Service (PONS)

Who are we?  We are a team of experienced outpatient neuro specialised Physiotherapists / Therapy Technicians.

What do we do?  We provide individualised assessment and treatment for patients over the age of 16 years with a neurological condition. Patients need to be able to attend the outpatient department at South Bristol Community Hospital. We offer individual one to one sessions and also run group exercise classes to help build ability, strength and balance, which in turn improves confidence to continue exercising on a regular basis. We aim to teach and support each individual towards maximising their own potential.

 

Who can refer to the Physio outpatient neuro service?

Referrals can be accepted from GPs, consultants, specialist nurses and other allied health professional staff.
