Mike Morgan's experience - follow-up
The first time I returned to the BHOC for a follow up I had
mixed emotions - the good ones about how nice everybody is in the
building, from cooking and cleaning staff to nurses and
consultants. The experience I have had to date really does
restore my faith in human nature. The 'bad' was not knowing what I
would experience, although now I just look at it has having an MOT
on a car and like to turn any negative thinking into a positive
outcome - that is, if there is anything wrong with me at least it
will be picked up early enough for something to be done about
it. The other thing I always think when I go to the BHOC is
how clean the internal building is - from the outside it may look a
bit dated, but inside is spotless. Finally I would like to
thank everyone at the BHOC for their support and professionalism,
especially to Susan Brand, the Clinical Germ Cell Nurse, as no
matter whatever your problem may be, big or small, Sue always seems
to find time for each and every one of her patients - she is
in a position which I feel is of great importance in the smooth
running of the day-to-day process at the BHOC.
