Recognising Success 2019 - nominations open

Nominations are now open for this year's Recognising Success Awards.

Do you know someone or a team who brings to life our values through the way they work, who is transforming care for patients, and goes the extra mile for patients or colleagues?

'Recognising Success' is one of our Trust values and these awards, which are generously supported by Above & Beyond, are an opportunity for us to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our staff.

There are nine categories in which staff can nominate their colleagues and put forward an individual or team who has gone above and beyond in their work. Staff can find the nomination form and more about the awards on the Connect homepage.

The Patients' Star Award is designed for patients, families and visitors to put forward a member of staff who has made a real difference to them. If you would like to nominate someone, head to our dedicated Patients' Star Award page here. 

All nominations must be received by Monday 2 September.
