Industrial action by junior doctors 9/10 March -
information for patients
We are planning in detail to ensure our patients are safely
cared for during industrial action by junior doctors. Our aim is to
ensure that patients remain safe and that we continue with as many
of our usual activities as possible. We are grateful to our junior
doctors who have notified us of their intentions, which is enabling
us to plan effectively.
Inevitably some non-urgent appointments and routine operations
are affected but we are contacting patients directly if we need to
rearrange. If patients do have an appointment with us and have not
been contacted by us, they should come in as planned. We apologise
for any inconvenience to our patients
