We provide these services to University 
Hospitals Bristol NHS
Foundation Trust, private healthcare providers and medical device
manufacturers. In addition, we provide medical gas system design
and installation services for new build and refurbishment
projects to construction and M & E services contractors.
MEMO is BSI registered to ISO 13485. We manufacture to the
highest standards using the latest computer numerically controlled
machinery (CNC), and utilising computer-aided drafting and
manufacturing systems.
Our qualified and experienced engineers provide
wide-ranging expertise in all aspects of medical device technology.
The continuous development of our staff in technical advancements
ensures the needs of our customers are met in a timely and
cost-effective manner.
The comprehensive manufacturing facility is fully equipped with
computerised design systems and machine tools. The facility is
available to produce medical devices and equipment, that is not
generally available commercially.
This equipment manufactured ranges from simple surgical
instruments to a complex ultrasound-scanning device.
All manufacturing is carried out to comply with our ISO 13485
quality systems. Full CE marking of products is available where
required.
