About Us
Here at the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston we have a
team of seven qualified clinical photographers who have a Bachelors
of Arts in photography and a Postgraduate Qualification in Medical
Illustration. We also have two videographers. The team are members
of The Institute of Medical Illustrators (IMI) and the department
achieved the IMI Quality Assurance Scheme Level 1 in 2014. We
offer a wide range of both clinical and non-clinical photography
and video across all the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston
sites. Continued professional development ensures we keep up to
date with current legislation, developments in the field and
medical terminologies.

Our qualified and registered medical photographers are available
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm.
