How to refer
Referral guidelines are available to download from the Document
Management Service, which can be accessed from any NHS (nww)
computer. Click on 'Clinical Guidelines' then
'University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust' and select the
required Division.
The Trust operates the Direct Booking system which enables
patients to book their appointment through Choose and Book without
having to contact the hospital. Choose and Book speeds up the
process of making an appointment as patients are able to book their
appointment as soon as the request is made.
