Professional profile/background:  

Dr Duncan trained in medicine at the University of Cambridge. He then completed his higher medical training in London, including a PhD at Kings College London. He underwent subspecialty training in Cardiac Electrophysiology (management of abnormal heart rhythms) at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London and L'Hopital Haute Leveque, Bordeaux, France.

Dr Duncan works as a Consultant Cardiac Electrophysiologist at the Bristol Heart Institute and has particular interest in the ablation of complex arrhythmia, including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia.
