Share your views on the quality of our
services
We believe that quality is vital to the success of our
organisation. It helps us to deliver great care and is fundamental
to our hospitals' Outstanding rating by the Care Quality
Commission. But what is quality, why is it important and what do
you think are the priorities for our hospitals in the coming
year?
Last year you told us that a good customer service culture in
our hospitals was important, and we'll be reporting back on
progress against this and the other priorities that you helped us
identify
Join us on the evening of Tuesday 30 January to share your
views. The event takes place from 6pm-7.30pm in the Education &
Research Centre, Upper Maudlin Street, Bristol, BS2 8AE. Book your
