Quality counts

Tues 30 Jan 2018, 6.00-7.30pm

Share your views on the quality of our services

We believe that quality is vital to the success of our organisation. It helps us to deliver great care and is fundamental to our hospitals' Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission. But what is quality, why is it important and what do you think are the priorities for our hospitals in the coming year?

Last year you told us that a good customer service culture in our hospitals was important, and we'll be reporting back on progress against this and the other priorities that you helped us identify

Join us on the evening of Tuesday 30 January to share your views. The event takes place from 6pm-7.30pm in the Education & Research Centre, Upper Maudlin Street, Bristol, BS2 8AE. Book your place here or by emailing foundationtrust@uhbristol.nhs.uk or by calling 0117 342 3764. Refreshments will be provided.

If you can't attend, but would still like your views to be heard, you can email your thoughts, which we can add to the discussion to foundationtrust@uhbristol.nhs.uk
