Dominique Knight

Miss Knight completed her Surgical training in London and Edinburgh. The Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh is where she built on her passion for paediatric orthopaedics.

Miss Knight has undertaken 18 months on paediatric orthopaedic fellowships n Toronto and Oxford.  She learned the surgical management for numerous foot conditions including club feet (including the Ponseti technique), tarsal coalitions, the planovalgus (severe flat foot), skew and cavus (high arch) foot. Miss Knight also gained surgical experience of the dislocated hip including reconstruction and reduction.

Miss Knight has been a Consultant in paediatric orthopaedics at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children since July 2014.

In March 2014 she was appointed as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.
