Movement/Exercise Videos
These movement/exercise videos have been produced by UHBW
physiotherapists to support people to continue to practice the
movements they have been taught on the UHBW Pain Management
Programme. They include introductions to Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates,
strengthening, sitting and standing exercises designed for people
with persistent pain.
