Agency Workers
When you accept a position with the Trust as an agency worker we
receive and hold information from your agency to verify your
eligibility to work and suitability for the post and to manage your
time with the Trust including:
- contact details & photo ID
- references
- employment checks such as disclosure & barring service,
occupational health, and employment history
- relevant training history
This information will be retained for up to six months following
completion of your assignment in case you apply for another
position during that time
