Walk-in

You don't need an appointment and can attend the clinic during our opening hours. We operate a slot system so you may be asked to return later in the day.  There are a limited number of slots available each day so we advise you to come in early.  The walk-in will close when all the slots have been allocated so this may be earlier than 4pm on busy days.

Text slots

  • Text BOOKAM (morning slot) or BOOK PM (afternoon slot) to 07950080337
  • Booking a "text slot" lets you book a slot at the next (working) day's clinic.
  • Appointments will be available to book from 5pm the day before and until 8am on the day of the booking-in slot.
  • Appointments are limited - so you may get a text to say that no appointments are left for that day. However, you are welcome to come along to the walk-in, but we cannot guarantee that you will be seen.
  • You will receive a confirmation text showing you the time of your appointment. If you are happy with the time offered there is no need to reply to our text.
  • If you need to cancel your slot, text CANCEL to 07950080337
  • Texts are charged by your phone supplier at your current mobile text rate
